These actions stay red and disabled outside your own house plot; inside it, they turn green and become available. To edit a door, also face it. For a sale, the buyer must be online, on the same floor and within 2 tiles on each axis, own no other house and not be the highest bidder in a house auction. Premium is not required; verify the transfer and agreed payment in the game’s trade window. Reminders are checked on login at the 10-, 5- and 2-day thresholds; a depot letter is sent only in the urgent 2-day window. Important: !eject can still release a house after more than 15 days without the owner logging in, even with prepaid rent. Staying AFK does not renew that login. Close and reopen the client to receive the update.

Depots, creature corpses and bags left on the ground are outside this feature. It restores the last saved state; it does not return lost backpacks or grant access to items the character can no longer use. The feature has been tested locally but is not active in W1 and W2 yet: it will become available with the next world update. Close and reopen the client normally to receive the changes through the updater; reinstalling just for backpacks is not required.
